We’re excited to publicly release our report on parent recommendations and priorities for school reopening and the transition to remote learning in the Fall.
After talking to over 50 parents, the major takeaways were clear: consistent communications, a focus on social-emotional growth, and equitable access to high quality education in this new learning environment are crucial- regardless of which plan the Board ultimately adopts.
Our partnership with CPS leadership is continuing this school year, as we bring together groups of parents and students to advise and help shape both COVID-19 responses and a new approach to racial justice at CPS.
